Emulators are software programs that emulate classic gaming systems. Roms are actual binary extractions of the original cartridge chips. Think of the Emulator as the gaming console, and the Rom as the game cartridge. There are countless Emulators for the Modded Xbox, but not all are stable and/or work properly. So I have saved you immeasureable time by not having to scour the Internet for them.
I have an entire collection which contains the following Emulators and 23,500 Roms (games): MAMEoX, Atari 2600, Atari 5200, Atari Lynx, Colecovision, Intellivision, MSX, MSX2, Nintendo Entertainment System, Super NES, Sega Master System, Sega Genesis, Turbografx 16, Neo-Geo Pocket, WonderSwan, Gameboy, Gameboy Color, Gameboy Advanced, Game Gear, CPS1, CPS2, Neo-Geo, Sony Playstation (PS1), and Surreal64 XXX B5 (N64).
Click here for a spreadsheet showing the Emulated Systems/Roms in the collection which took seven years to compile. I had most of the classic Emulators/Roms while other gamers helped supply me with their collections. This alone is worth modding your Original Xbox.
